If this has not worked…
Turn ALL POWER off your TV and unplug your Router for a MINIMUM of 5 mins as this allows for the cache build up to clear. Then try rebooting everything and try again.
If this has not worked…
Open the browser on your tv and go to fast.com if you are getting less than 10MBPS then this is why you are having issues as you need this as a minimum to run IPTV.
If you have over 10mbps…
You might need to be using a VPN, the best way to know if a VPN is required is asking us on the support group. You can find the support group joining instructions in your order emails and by logging into your account section on the website and clicking the “after purchase please read” tab.
